  • Bachelor of Architecture B.Arch. (1985), Bangalore University, Bangalore, India.
  • Graduation thesis on ‘Multi-functional Spaces’. This thesis explored the use of built space with respect to time and suggested innovative use of urban space. It was well received by the jury and appreciated as an original piece of work.

  • Visiting faculty (from 1988 to present) at the following schools for subjects such as Architectural Design, Basic design, Theory of architecture, Climatology,
    Interior Design for classes from 1st year to final year. Also served as a Member of the Jury on several occasions to assess final year thesis.

  • Delivered special lectures and presentations at architectural schools on topics ranging from Vernacular Architecture’ to ‘Nature’s Structures’.
PROFESSIONAL ENGAGEMENTS
  • Was one of the jury members to select a design for the proposed Revitalization of Public Gardens, Hyderabad.
  • Member of nominations committee of Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH) Heritage Awards 2002—2004 and Member of the Jury 2005-2009.
